How do I get my unique affiliate link?

Once your application is approved, you will receive login credentials to your Partner Dashboard. Your unique links, tracking tools, and promotional resources will be instantly available there.

Commissions & Payouts

What is the commission rate?

We offer a competitive 20% commission on the net revenue of all initial client sign-ups referred through your link.

How does the commission calculation work?

You earn 20% of the net sale amount (total cost minus any discounts, taxes, or processing fees). Your dashboard tracks this in real-time.

When will I get paid?

We operate on a Net-7 payout schedule. Commissions are processed and paid out 7 days after a successful, non-refunded referral is confirmed. This is a fast payout compared to the industry standard!

What payment methods are supported?

We typically process all commission payments via PayPal or direct bank transfer. You can set your preference in your Affiliate Dashboard.

Tracking and Technical

What is the cookie duration?

We offer an industry-leading 365-day cookie duration (one full year). This means if a user clicks your link, you get credit for the sale if they convert any time within 365 days, even if they leave our site and return later.

What if a customer clicks multiple affiliate links?

Our tracking system operates on a "Last Click Wins" basis. If a customer clicks your affiliate link last before converting, you will be credited with the commission.

How can I track my performance?

Your Affiliate Partner Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your performance, including: clicks, impressions, conversions, total earnings, and payment history—all updated in real-time.

Does the program support recurring commissions?

The 20% commission applies to the initial sale/sign-up. We do not currently offer recurring commissions on ongoing services.

Legal and Compliance

Do I need to disclose my affiliate relationship?

Yes, this is mandatory. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines, as well as any other local regulations.

What is an acceptable disclosure?

Use simple, plain language near your link or promotion, such as: “I may earn a commission if you sign up through this link.” or “$$Your Name/Company Name$$

Can I use your brand name in my paid ads?

No. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the brand name “autismservices.group” or any close variations in Google, Bing, or other PPC platforms. Full terms are in the Affiliate Agreement.

What is the process for a refund or chargeback?

If a customer you referred receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the commission paid for that sale will be deducted from your next payout. This is standard procedure to ensure fair payouts for legitimate sales.
